What Conditions Qualify for Medical Marijuana in Florida?
In Florida, Amendment 2, was approved by voters on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, legalizing the use of medical marijuana, and on June 9, 2017, the Florida State Legislature passed Senate Bill 8A (SB 8A), the Medical Use of Marijuana Act which further defined the qualifying conditions, and implemented the amendment.

How to Qualify for Medical Marijuana

STEP 3 – EVALUATION
The Doctor will conduct the evaluation in person for new patients or telemedicine for renewal patients.
STEP 4 – CERTIFICATION
If you qualify the Doctor will certify you with the state of Florida’s Medical Marajuana Use Registry. Our staff will help you submit your application for the state ID wallet card. The card is $77 paid once a year to the state of Florida,and the card is activated at the time of payment.
STEP 5 – DISPENSARY
Obtain the medical THC products from any Licensed Dispensary in Florida.
