THC DOCTOR provides Medical Cannabis Evaluations and Certifications in Miami Beach Florida.
We were the first to open in Miami Beach in January 2017 when Amendment 2 became law. We are not only the most experienced in South Florida, our President and Founder Andrew Cettei has been helping people get legal since 2007 in California.
For the past 16 years he has dedicated his life to helping the sick and suffering get access this life sustaining medicine; as well as helping keep people protected from arrest and prosecution. This would not have been possible without the help of more than one hundred medical cannabis physicians, he has worked with.

How to Qualify for Medical Marijuana
STEP 1 – GET STARTED

STEP 2 – APPOINTMENT
- Schedule the appointment by text or call: 786-858-0176 (We are available 24/7)
STEP 3 – EVALUATION
The Doctor will conduct the evaluation in person for new patients or telemedicine for renewal patients.
STEP 4 – CERTIFICATION
If you qualify the Doctor will certify you with the state of Florida’s Medical Marajuana Use Registry. Our staff will help you submit your application for the state ID wallet card. The card is $77 paid once a year to the state of Florida,and the card is activated at the time of payment.
STEP 5 – DISPENSARY
Obtain the medical THC products from any Licensed Dispensary in Florida.
